The worst customer service ever.
The operator at the check in desk was the pergect example of being rude and unprofessional in her role. This is for sure my last experience with such a bad company.
“Customer first” was (and is) the main goal of some companies. Ryanair is the exact opposite.
People if you want to fly, do not consider Ryanair as a trustable service.
They will make you to pay extras for everything.
At the end of my journey if I would have flown with another company that would have been more convenient (economically and as far as flight enjoyment is concerned).

Das Check - In ist total kompliziert aufgebaut, man bezahlt Geld für seinen Sitzplatz und man bekommt noch nicht einmal einen Sitzplatz nebeneinander! Die Mitarbeiter vom Kundenservice total unfreundlich und dann noch extra Geld bezahlen müssen, weil man nebeneinander sitzen möchte, nur weil den ihre Internetseite hängt und wir nicht ordentlich buchen konnten. Und dann geht dies auch nur über Kreditkarte zu bezahlen, was nicht jeder hat!
Totale Geldabzocke!
Bei keiner anderen Fluggesellschaft bezahlt man so viel Geld fürs Check-In!

Meine Frau flog mit meiner Tochter, eine Pauschalreise nach Spanien, und damit die beiden (meine Tochter ist 12) neben einander sitzen konnten mussten wir einen Aufpreis von Eur 52 zahlen, etwas was bis vor kurzem und seit 40 Jahren gratis ging - einfach unglaublich und meiner Meinung nach eine Frechheit. Eine befreundete Familie, sie wollten nicht aufzahlen, das Kind 11, mit Mutter und Vater unterwegs, da sitzt jeder in einer anderen Reihe - super Kundenservice! Bravo!

Ryanair is trash. Allow me to explain what lead me to the decision to never give these crooks my money again. I was traveling for several weeks around Europe and had flown on maybe more than five different airlines. The only one that came close to being as bad as Ryanair was Vueling and by close I mean Vueling was no where near being as bad type of close. I went to the check in counter to... check in where I was asked for my papers. I showed them my passport and was asked again for my papers. They explained to me I had to check in online and print it out. I told them I have flown with many airlines that operate in Europe and this is the first time I have been told I was required to check in online. Furthermore why am I standing at the check in counter if I need to check myself in online??? They proceeded to tell me there was nothing they can do and that I could either pay a €50 fee or miss my flight. That the fee was to cover the cost of checking me in. Since I was being held hostage I went and waited in another line which almost cost me to miss the flight. Brought my receipt back after paying my ridiculous fine and the man at the counter had my boarding pass printed already. So apparently between the boarding pass paper, the toner, the man having to type my name in the system, and clicking the print button it costs Ryanair €50. Magically my €70 flight turned into €120. I heard recently on the news Ryanair was having financial troubles. I am a huge believer in Karma. I hope your business goes bankrupt for your scumbag business practices. You deserve it.
