We visited it yesterday in the evening, only one table was occupied, but they denied to give us the table we wanted, because it was booked for someone else (needless to say that nobody came later to sit there!). We ordered 2 plain salads with vegetables and 4 teas and I paid for them 1540 UAH, such a rip off! Apart from this we were asked 'due to technical reasons' to leave at 21:30 since the restaurant was closing earlier. The technical reasons I think were the lack of visitors... It is a pity to have such an interesting interior, but terrible service and ultra expensive prices, so we will never visit it again!

Delivery communication is absolutely awful. Your website shows delivery time since 1 pm and the restaurant working since 5 pm. I spoke to your manager at 1 pm, 24.08.21 and few times repeated I wanted delivery, and she clearly told me delivery time since 1 pm is the website’s “mistake”, and the restaurant would work since 5 pm. When I called at 5 pm for delivery, she told the delivery service isn’t working. She could tell me that at 1 pm.

They reject delivery orders and when you call restaurant they claim that they are busy, but you can book a table to dine in. Terrible and unhelpful manager on the phone, who hangs up in the middle of a conversation or tells they will call back and they never do. This has happened several times. They do not care at all about customer service or actually treating their customers with the slightest amount of courtesy.

This place is great. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious. I ordered the Dal Makhani, it was so good. The spice level was very accurate, they don’t dull it down.

The best restraint experience I have had in Kyiv. The staff are pleasant and attentive in a style which harks back to better times. Everything was a pleasure, no waitress reached across the table. The food all arrived together and was delicious. The staff all spoke good English and treated us like VIP's. The food compared to The Indian Ocean, Romford, Mama Masala, Glengormley but the decor takes you to a time of the Raj or Empire. Expensive, for Kyiv, but worth every penny. A must visit for any food lover.
