• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If a client has booked a procedure but fails to show up at the appointed time and fails to notify them of a change in their plans 12 hours in advance, or is more than 20 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the procedure is considered completed or shortened by the time of the delay.
