• The duration of stay in the SPA center during the day of visiting under the promotion is not limited.
• Bringing in outside food and drinks is strictly prohibited. A herbal tea bar and restaurant are available on the Winter Beach property.
• Before purchasing a certificate, please check availability for your desired date and time. Certificates will not be accepted without an appointment.
• The number of certificates is limited.
• The Roman sauna and infrared cabin do not work without light on the generator.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers from the center.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have signed up for a visit but do not arrive at the appointed time and do not provide 6 hours' notice of cancellation, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services, and the visit is considered completed.
• You must bring a towel, swimming trunks or a swimsuit, and slippers.
