To receive a discount, you must present the coupon in electronic form.
If a participant has signed up for a service but fails to show up at the specified time and fails to notify them of a change in their plans 24 hours in advance, or is more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service.

Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
