• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for your desired date and time.
• Appointments are made exclusively by phone call; messages or SMS are not accepted. If your call is not answered immediately, you will receive a call back within 1-2 hours to confirm your appointment.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a procedure but do not arrive at the specified time and do not provide 24 hours' notice of cancellation, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session is considered completed.
