The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The promotion is valid only on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
• A double kayak or canoe can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child up to 7 years old.
• Due to martial law, rentals are only available in the waters of the Rowing Canal.
• One coupon is valid for the rental of one watercraft.
• Before your visit, be sure to check the availability of seats for your desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• One customer can personally use an unlimited number of coupons.
• Discounts on coupons cannot be combined with other promotional offers of the club.
• To receive a discount, you must present the coupon in electronic form.
• If a client has signed up for a walk but does not show up at the specified time and does not notify about a change in their plans 6 hours in advance or is more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide them with services at a discount and reschedule the walk to another date.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
