IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• In the event of a power outage, services are provided as usual - the establishment is equipped with an autonomous power source.
• The promotion is valid for orders at the establishment and for pick-up.
• The promotion is valid any day of the week.
• The promotion applies to the entire menu of cuisine and desserts.
• The promotion does not apply to the bar menu.
• One coupon is valid for a company of up to 4 people (inclusive) at one table.
• Advance table reservations are required.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• One customer can use an unlimited number of coupons.
• Discounts on coupons cannot be combined with internal discounts and promotions.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a coupon in electronic form.
• The last digit of the coupon (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the coupon is not refundable.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
