• Session duration: 30-50 minutes.
• The frequency of sessions depends on the client’s age: up to 30 years – 5-8 sessions – once a week; up to 40 years – 10-15 sessions – 2 times a week; after 40 years – up to 20 sessions – 3 times a week.
