IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Only one person can attend the massage with a subscription.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for your desired date and time.
• You need to bring a change of clothes, 2 towels, a sheet, bathing slippers, a washcloth, or you can buy them on site.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a session but do not arrive at the specified time and do not provide 12 hours' notice of cancellation, or are more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services, and the session is considered completed.
• Duration of 1 session is 90 minutes.
• The procedure is performed by a massage therapist with over 30 years of experience (female).
