• If you signed up for a session, but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify about canceling the visit 24 hours in advance, and were also more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount (in this case, the session is considered completed) or provides the service within the time remaining with the client (the session time is reduced in proportion to the time by which the client is late).
