• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for the procedure, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about canceling the visit 6 hours in advance, and were also more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the session is considered completed or reduced for the time of delay.
