• During the visit, you must have an identification document with you.
• Disposable supplies (ultrasound gel, a pair of gloves, wipes, a sheet) can be purchased at the medical center or brought with you.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time.
• The medical center operates under a license to carry out medical practice in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) immediately before receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If the client signed up for a session, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about changing his plans 24 hours in advance or was 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide him with discounted services.
• The examination is carried out using a new generation ultrasound machine with the ability to record photos and/or video results.
• You should not eat food 4 hours before the start of your appointment; you need to have a full bladder (you can drink still water).
