The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The promotion is valid only on weekdays (Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 20:00).
• The double kayak or kayak can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child up to 7 years old.
• Due to the martial law, the rental is carried out only in the water area of the Rowing Canal.
• One coupon is valid for the rental of one boat.
• Before buying a coupon, be sure to check the availability for the desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• One customer can personally use an unlimited number of coupons.
• Coupon discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers of the club.
• To receive a discount, you must present the coupon in electronic form.
• If the client signed up for a walk, but did not appear at the specified time and did not warn of a change in his plans 6 hours in advance or was more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide him with services at a discount and reschedule the walk to another date.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
