• If a client signed up for a session, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about a change in his plans 12 hours in advance or was late for more than 15 minutes, the salon reserves the right to refuse him to provide services at a discount (in this case, the session is considered passed) or provides a service within the time that remains with the participant (the session time is reduced in proportion to the time he was late).
