The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• The promotion is valid only on weekdays.
• On the days 23-24.08.2021, weekend tariffs will operate in the water park, on these days the discount on the promotion is not valid.
• The discount does not apply to season tickets.
• One coupon is valid for one visit for one person. If you are walking together or with a company, you need to purchase the appropriate number of coupons.
• The category «children» includes visitors to the water park under the age of 12 inclusive. Documents confirming the age of the child are required.
• For children up to 1 m tall and for birthday people - admission is free.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• One customer can purchase an unlimited number of coupons.
• Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers of the water park.
• To receive a discount, you must present the coupon in electronic form at the water park ticket office.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
