Warranty and return conditions

For some reason, the product did not fit, but its presentation and packaging are intact, and the contents of the order correspond to the configuration at the time of sale. Refunds can be made within 14 days of purchase.
Upon delivery or pickup, you find that the product or packaging is damaged or does not match your order. Such goods are returned to the courier, and upon receipt at the offices of «Ukrposhta» or «Nova Poshta», they are left at the place of inspection (subject to prepayment - with drawing up an act).

The money for the goods is returned:

cash upon return to the address «Bookish» in Kiev;
to the card of any bank of Ukraine, if the goods were paid for in advance, on the same day after receipt and inspection of the goods by an expert.
