Понравилось: Понравилось · Нас заселили в другой отель ,так как в этом были проблемы с водой. Администратор с нами связалась и решила эту проблему ещё до нашего прибытия.
Понравилось: Понравилось · Beautiful, tiny and very comfortable private Hotel in Central Kharkiv. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, tidy and cozy. Beds are very good. Air condition, and a spacious bathroom. Restauratns, metro and shops in walking distance. There's a kitchen in the hotel you could use for making coffee or breakfast. Venue is totally recommendable!

Понравилось: Понравилось · This is a good hotel, and I have been here on various occasions. The price vs. quality ratio is good, and the location is quiet. Relatively safe location vs. katsap drone risk (low floor).
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · I think housekeeping at least once would have been good during a four-day stay, if anything to change towels. Walls a bit thin, which is not so good when your neighbours happen to be noisy until 2 am. A garbage bin is needed in the room - especially since no one comes and empties the tiny one provided in the bathroom. But again: a pleasant hotel.
