Покупали у нее тур в сентябре 2017. До вылета документов не выдавала, подтвердить бронь не могла, ТК БАЗА ПОСЛЕ 18:00 не работает!!! Документы выдала в обед дня вылета. Мы доплачивали за поздний вылет обратно 30 уе. Пока пытались получить свои документы ФОП Антоненко и трубку бросала, и игнорировала.
Сейчас пытаемся вернуть свои 30 уе. Антоненко обещает «завтра узнать/решить/вернуть". Говорит, что 30 уе не деньги, но нам бы тур без них не продали. И так уже месяц.
Не советую вообще даже рассматривать эту кантору.
