20.04.21 Покупал шахматы.
К сожалению пришёл некомплектом , а именно нет чёрной пешки, так же в одной из фигур ( тура чёрного цвета) нет магнита. Жду решения вопроса уже третий день, пока не отвечают.

Купила на сайте две игрушки и обе пришли бракованные. Принять возврат не отказались, но перестали отвечать на телефон, постоянно сбрасывают звонок. Не рекомендую связываться с этим магазином! Сколько раз заказываю через интернет и никогда не сталкивалась с такой ситуацией...

Покупала дочке куклу на сайте, очень понравилась простота оформления заказа и большой выбор. Поскольку на рынке сейчас полно подделок, очень волновалась за оригинальность куклы, но всё оказалось в порядке! Кукла приехала очень хорошо упакована, без единой царапинки. Доча была в восторге))
