Clothing store Ssur

They need to send the orders out. been waiting since oct 17 for one hoodie. Then they sent me a tracking number on the 8th of nov, that didn't even exist. Then u can't get your money back. Not a good store at all.

This is the worst online shopping ever. I have my order on Feb 7th and received incomplete package without any notice even with a wrong invoice inside on Mar 20th. I have tried to contact the customer service several times but always got irresponsible feedback during this past month. I had 18 pieces T-shirt in my order and got 16 pieces marked in the package invoice. But only received 13 pieces actually . I don’t know what’s going on and hopefully will get response soon to solve the problem!!
