About the yoga studio YogaDome

YogaDome: Yoga, Meditation, Spa & Detox is a yoga center in Odessa, where ancient techniques of meditation and healing the body are practiced. YogaDom is a center of warmth and light with two spacious halls for practicing hatha yoga, hot yoga and Iyengar yoga, a SPA area, YogaMarket and Lounge area.

Every morning, the staff refreshes individual hand and face towels, fills dispensers with aroma oils, keeps the shower rooms clean, and regularly carries out wet cleaning to ensure the comfort of your stay.

The studio is located in the Armeysky residential complex near the picturesque Odessa Pobeda arboretum. Residents of the area have a wonderful opportunity to enjoy fresh air and the sweet aromas of flowering plants and the calm sounds of nature. There is a favorable microclimate for meditation, immersion in one’s own consciousness and measured physical exercise.

The interior of the YogaDome yoga studio is designed in unison with spiritual harmony and a positive aura that hovers in the air. In finishing the walls and floors, the designers used exclusive natural, environmentally friendly materials, marble, tiles, and decorative items originally from India and Bali. The room has soft lighting and light colors.

The studio is equipped with a unique ventilation system, ceiling HI-FI & Hi-END acoustics from KRAMER and amplifiers from BOSH. Visitors can change clothes, prepare for classes and take a comfortable shower after physical exercise in the locker rooms. Each has an individual lockable compartment. The room is comfortable both in winter and summer thanks to heated floors, showers and toilets equipped with elite plumbing. The locker room contains clean soap, hair dryers, and individual hand towels.

Iyengar Yoga is a philosophy that does not set itself the goal of creating stress. Classes are aimed at getting rid of fatigue, gaining energy and relaxing. The studio has developed introductory and intensive programs for beginners and advanced practitioners, respectively.
