Swisstown - a picturesque cottage village near Kiev

Swisstown is a Swiss-style cottage village 30 km from Kiev along the Zhytomyr highway. The project belongs to the development company ADAMA, a subsidiary of the Austrian corporation Immofinanz Group, which is one of the five largest construction companies in Europe.

The implementation of the Swisstown project began in 2011. Today, Swisstown is a full-fledged suburban village, including more than 100 sites with a total area of over 34 hectares, with developed infrastructure.

The structure of the cottage

Swisstown is a fenced, round-the-clock guarded area, divided into six quarters:

• Swiss - the eastern quarter of the town, surrounded in the east by a pine forest, and in the west - by a lake with running water;
• Lake District is the largest quarter in Swisstown, in the east and in the center of which is a system of lakes, and in the north is a forest;
• Forest quarter, the territory of which is adjacent to the forest;
• The picturesque quarter occupies the central part of the village, on its territory there are two public areas and a playground;
• Cozy - the southernmost quarter of the town, which is suitable for those who appreciate peace and solitude;
• Pine Quarter is a new area located in the western part of Swisstown.
