About company Theatre on Solomenka
The Theatre on Solomenka is the name that emerged from the renaming of the Kyiv Chamber Theatre "Divny Zamok." The institution officially resumed operations under the new name in September 2024, although it had been known as the Theatre on Solomenka since 2021.
The main priorities of the creative formation were:
- freedom;
- originality;
- openness to experimentation and unexpected techniques.
Today, the theater team is renowned both within the capital's artistic scene and beyond. Over the course of its existence, the creative team has presented numerous outstanding premieres. Among the theater's most renowned productions are plays for children and adults: "War," "Solomensky Pirates and Company," "I Am Normal," and "Rumors."
