Звонил с 09:06 до 09:34 каждые 10 минут. Рабочее время. Берут трубку и сбрасывают каждый раз. Заявляют что дежурный телефон 24/7, а на деле, даже в рабочие часы до них не дозвониться. Уехал в другую клинику

Приятный персонал, высокий уровень обслуживания, пришел на прививку, получил еще и консультацию по другому вопросу

Девушка на ресепшене чем -то не довольная) Наверное не на своём месте, приветствия было не заметно. Врач великолепный, в этом вопросе 5!

Обратился первый раз была суббота, помогли оперативно и очень быстро по страховой. Спасибо отдельное Виктории которая решила все мои проблемы очень быстро.

Всё было на очень высоком уровне.Оказали услуги оперативно и качественно. Очень приятный и внимательный персонал. Была проведена операция : комбинированная венэктомия с ЭВЛК ПДСВ справа и слева. I have only good things to say about American Medical Center in Odessa. The care that I received from the nurse, the doctor, and all the administrative staff was excellent in every way. Everyone is professional, personable, and committed to service of the highest quality. I highly recommend AMC.

This place is just fantastic , they provide the patient with the best quality of service in the city ... very special thanks to the clinic manager victoria . Actually , She is very professional , smart and very very helpful ... i would recommend this place to anyone especially if you are a foreigner

These people care. I came to this hospital to have a spot, potential skin cancer, examined. Doctor Olena Syrma saw me, looked at the spot, consulted with me. She gave me a choice of specialists she could refer, made the appointment for me. Doctor Syrma gave me so much of her time and expertise. At the end, I went to pay the bill for the consultation, there was no charge. It can be difficult, traveling alone in a foreign country, not knowing the language doesn't help. I went to a different doctor earlier that day, I was turned away, literally yelled at and shown the door. Almost mugged on the way to this hospital, I was beginning to feel the strain. Doctor Syrma and the front office woman (who was also very kind) reaffirmed my faith in humanity.

24 hour designation is false. My son needed urgent medical attention, we drove to the address, clinic located behind locked gates. When we called the phone number, we were told clinic is open by appointment only. When we asked the person on the phone for help to figure out how to get help for our son, the person hung up. This may be a scam since this place does not fall under any American regulations and is not a part of the Ukrainian health system.
