IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

Before purchasing a certificate, please pre-book the arrival date and room you are interested in.
After purchasing the certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number (excluding the last digit) by email.
Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only upon check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
If a public holiday falls on a weekday, it is considered a holiday and is not included in the promotion.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

It is possible to combine certificates (nights must be added together).
Upon check-in, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be refunded.
The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone at the number specified in the promotion, no later than 3 days before the arrival date.
