IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

Before purchasing a certificate, please pre-book the date and room you are interested in to make sure they are available.
After purchasing the certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number to e-mail zhdenievo.hotel@optimahotels.com.ua .
Please provide the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only upon check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

It is possible to combine certificates. In this case, it is necessary to sum up the nights.
Upon check-in, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be returned.
The certificate can be returned without penalty if you cancel the reservation by phone no later than 15 days before the arrival date. If you cancel the reservation less than 15 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to the first two nights of the reservation will be waived.
