IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to pre-book the arrival date and room you are interested in.
After purchasing the certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number without the last digit by email.
Please provide the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only upon check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

It is possible to combine certificates. In this case, it is necessary to sum up the nights. For example, if you want to rest for 18 nights, you can purchase a certificate for 15 days/14 nights and 5 days/4 nights or for 11 days/10 nights and 9 days/8 nights.
Upon check-in, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be returned.
The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone, specified in the promotion, no later than 7 days before the arrival date.
