IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

Before purchasing a certificate, pre-book the date of arrival and room you are interested in.
After purchasing a certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number without the last digit to email.
Please provide the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only upon check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
If the holiday period includes weekends, the minimum booking period is 3 nights.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

It is possible to combine certificates (it is necessary to sum up the nights).
Upon check-in, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be returned.
The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone, specified in the promotion, no later than 5 days before the arrival date.
