IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

Before purchasing a certificate, please pre-book the date of arrival and room you are interested in.
After purchasing the certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number without the last digit by email.
Please provide the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only upon check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
Accommodation is calculated per night. Check-in time is from 14:00, check-out time is before 12:00.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

It is possible to combine certificates (it is necessary to sum up the nights).
Upon check-in, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone, specified in the promotion, no later than 7 days before the arrival date.
