IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

Before purchasing a certificate, please pre-book the date and room you are interested in to make sure they are available.
Once you have pre-booked your dates and room category, you will need to pay for the certificate.
The certificate must be paid for within two working days after the preliminary booking of the certificate. We recommend that you leave your phone number when pre-booking so that the hotel administration can contact you.
If you do not pay for the voucher within the specified period and you cannot be contacted, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your preliminary booking.
After purchasing the certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send it to Viber or provide your full name and certificate number by phone.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

It is possible to combine certificates (it is necessary to sum up the nights).
Upon check-in, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone at the number specified in the promotion no later than 10 days before the arrival date.
