To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
If you have signed up for a game but do not show up at the specified time and do not notify us of a change in your plans 24 hours in advance, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the session is considered completed.
