The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
If you have booked a place on the excursion, but do not show up at the specified time and do not notify the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or are late for more than 10 minutes, the guide reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the excursion is considered completed.
Duration of the excursion is 2-3 hours (depending on the excursion).
