The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid for customers aged 18 years and over.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, please check availability for your desired date and time by calling the number listed in the contact information (when registering, please inform us of your certificate availability).
• Registration is by telephone only.
• The service is provided by barber Pavel, who has over 2 years of experience.
• The barber performs simple short and medium length haircuts.
• The haircut lasts 1-2 hours depending on the complexity.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a session but do not arrive at the specified time and do not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services and the session is considered completed.
• The barber only does simple short and medium length haircuts.
