Up to 7 sessions of lymphatic drainage back massage in the Kvitny massage room

Lymphatic drainage massage of the back is a special gentle massage technique aimed at stimulating the movement of lymph in the tissues of the back.

Its features:

• 🤲 very light, slow and rhythmic movements;
• 🌿 work mainly with superficial tissues;
• 💧 support of natural lymph flow;
• ✨ can reduce feelings of heaviness, tension and swelling;
• 😌 usually gives a feeling of lightness and deep relaxation.

This is not a force massage: strong pressing, intense kneading and aggressive techniques are not the basis of lymphatic drainage.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a specialized manual technique designed to gently stimulate the flow of lymph through the lymphatic system. Unlike classic massage, which actively works the muscles, lymphatic drainage is performed primarily on superficial tissues and does not require strong pressure.

The lymphatic system plays a role in maintaining fluid balance in tissues and the functioning of the immune system. Since lymph lacks a powerful pump like the heart, its movement is largely supported by muscle contractions, body movements, and the functioning of the lymphatic vessels.

How it's done:

The massage therapist uses slow, rhythmic, gentle, and repetitive movements—light stroking, skin stretching, and delicate rocking techniques. The direction of the movements is crucial: the work is structured according to the anatomy of the lymphatic system and its drainage pathways.
