The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• In the event of a power outage, services are provided as usual - the hotel is equipped with a generator.
• Before purchasing a certificate, please pre-book the arrival date and room you are interested in.
• After purchasing the certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number (excluding the last digit) by email.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only upon check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• It is possible to combine certificates. To do so, you must add up the number of nights.
• Upon check-in, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
• In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be refunded.
• The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone at the number specified in the promotion, no later than 14 days before the arrival date.
