• Before your visit, be sure to check availability for your desired date and time.

• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a procedure but do not arrive at the specified time and do not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session will be considered completed or shortened by the time of your delay.
• It is recommended to arrive for the session 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the procedure (to change clothes).
• Duration of the SPA program is 75 minutes.
• The procedure is performed by a female massage therapist with over 15 years of experience.
• During the procedure, cosmetics from the following companies are used: Aroma Derm and Styx (Austria), Arosha (Italy), Derma serces (France), and Babor (Germany).
