IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Duration of 1 session is from 45 to 90 minutes.
• The offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is considered a person who has never visited the salon).
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, check availability for the date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have signed up for a session but do not arrive at the specified time and do not notify us 2 hours in advance of your change of plans, or are more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service and the session is considered completed.
• Instrument sterilization: instruments undergo a four-stage process (washing under running water, treatment in a disinfectant solution, washing in a disinfectant solution in an ultrasonic cleaner for 10 minutes, drying in craft bags in a dry-heat oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 60 minutes).
