• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for your desired date and time.
• To rent, you must have an identity document.
• Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to participate in the races.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers from the company.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have signed up for a skiing session but do not arrive at the specified time and do not notify the rental company of your cancellation 12 hours in advance, or are more than 15 minutes late, the rental company reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the skiing session is considered completed.
