• This offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is defined as someone who has not visited the clinic for more than 1 year).
• During your visit you must show an identity document.
• The offer is valid for customers aged 12 years and older.
• For clients under 18 years of age, parental accompaniment is required.
• One customer can personally use only one coupon.
• Before purchasing a coupon, check availability for the date and time. When booking, be sure to provide the coupon number to the administrator.
• The dental clinic operates under a license to conduct medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a coupon in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the coupon (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered complete and the coupon is non-refundable.
• If you have signed up for a session but do not arrive at the specified time and do not notify us of a change in your plans 8 hours in advance, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service and the session is considered completed.
• The reception is conducted by a doctor with more than 8 years of experience.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
