IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is considered a person who has not visited the clinic for more than 1 year).
• When visiting, you must show an identity document.
• The offer is valid for customers aged 12 years and older.
• For clients under 18 years of age, parental accompaniment is required.
• One customer can personally use only one coupon.
• Before purchasing a coupon, please check availability for your desired date and time. Be sure to provide the coupon number to the administrator when booking.
• The dental clinic operates under a license to conduct medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a coupon in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the coupon (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the coupon is non-refundable.
• If you have signed up for a session but do not arrive at the specified time and do not notify us of a change in your plans 8 hours in advance, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service and the session is considered completed.
• Photos of the doctor's work.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
