IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Duration of the SPA program is 120 minutes.
• Before purchasing a certificate, check availability for your desired date and time.
• You must arrive at the salon exactly at the appointed time (not in advance), because there is no waiting area in the salon.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discount certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a session but do not arrive at the appointed time and have not given 24 hours' notice of cancellation, or are more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session will be considered completed or shortened by the time of your delay.
• Bringing your own food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to the salon is prohibited.
• The procedure is performed by female massage therapists with more than 3 years of experience.
