• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only upon check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.

• In case of early termination of the holiday, at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be refunded.
• The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone at the number specified in the promotion, no later than 7 days before the arrival date.
