• The promotion is valid for sessions on weekdays from Monday to Thursday inclusive at 10:00, 11:30, 13:00, 14:30, 16:30, 18:30.
• One coupon is valid for the purchase of two tickets.
• The discount does not apply to music programs and STEAM workshops.
• Before purchasing a coupon, be sure to check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.
• To book tickets for your desired date and time, please call the number listed in the contacts section and provide your full name, contact number, and coupon number.
• If a session is cancelled or force majeure occurs, the administrator will contact you to reschedule the booking.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present the coupon in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the coupon (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the coupon is non-refundable.
• If you have booked tickets but do not arrive at the specified time, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse admission at a discount, and the session is considered attended.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
