The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

The price includes payment for information services provided by SuperDeal on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Before purchasing a certificate, please pre-book your arrival date and the room you are interested in.
• After purchasing the certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number (excluding the last digit) by email.
• Please provide the last digit of your certificate (the activation code) only upon check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• The comfort room accommodates up to 4 people, for 3 and 4 people there is an extra charge.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• It is possible to combine certificates (nights must be added together).
• Upon check-in, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
• In case of early termination of the holiday, at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be refunded.
• The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone at the number specified in the promotion no later than 10 days before the arrival date.
