• Duration of 1 session is from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
• One client can personally use only one certificate for all active promotions of the salon.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a session but do not arrive at the specified time and do not notify us of your cancellation 6 hours in advance, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session is considered completed or shortened by the time you were late.
