• The clinic operates under a license to practice medicine in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have made an appointment but do not arrive at the appointed time and do not provide 4 hours' notice of cancellation, or are more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services, and the appointment is considered cancelled.
