• Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you made an appointment but did not show up at the appointed time and did not notify us of your cancellation 2 hours in advance, or were more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services and the appointment is considered cancelled.
