IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Children can ride independently if their height is 140 cm or more; if their height is less than 140 cm, they must be accompanied by an instructor.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for your desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for skiing but fail to show up at the appointed time and fail to notify us 24 hours in advance of your cancellation, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the skiing session is considered completed.
