IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid for customers over 10 years old.
• The promotion is valid only on weekends from 13:30 to 18:00.
• One coupon is valid for a walk for one person.
• Weight limit: no more than 90 kg.
• Before your visit, be sure to check availability for your desired date and time at least two days in advance. When booking, please ensure you have a coupon and send the code to the club administrator.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• One customer can use an unlimited number of coupons.
• Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present the coupon in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the coupon (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the coupon is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for a class but fail to arrive at the scheduled time and fail to provide 60 minutes' notice of cancellation, or are more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services, and the class will be considered completed or shortened by the amount of time you were late.
• The duration of the forest walk is 60 minutes.
• In case of unfavorable weather conditions (rain, snow, thunderstorm, ice) the service is not provided and will be rescheduled for another time.
• It is recommended to dress appropriately for the weather: comfortable sportswear and long pants. Closed-toe, comfortable athletic shoes without heels are recommended.
• If you have any serious chronic illnesses, please inform the instructor when signing up.
• During the acute phase of the disease, horse riding is prohibited.
• Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or toxic substances, as well as persons with inappropriate behavior towards animals and staff, are not allowed to participate in classes.
• Walks take place in a picturesque forest next to the club.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides SuperDeal with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
